Edgar was very responsive, helpful, patient and professional during the entire process. I previously had a less than perfect interaction with another buyers agent. I was relieved when Edgar stepped in and became my buyer's agent. I felt comfortable with him and trusted his advice where as with the other realtor I felt that I had to do a lot of my own research because I wasn't getting accurate information or good advice. I was very busy dealing with family matters out of town so I relied on him to check out the condo I wanted to purchase. He sent me pictures, videos, gave me a recommendation to purchase the condo and told me about the owner. I did not step foot in the condo until I was the owner. It was in perfect condition and the owners had kindly left me many plants for my lakeside deck, furniture, artwork, shelving for the closets, drapes, lazy boy chairs, tables. chairs, water filters and many more useful items. Not only did I get a great deal on the condo I received furniture and miscellaneous household items that added up to several thousands of dollars. And they provided me with plant care instructions. The condo exceeded my expectations and I am now in a much better mental state now that I am surrounded by water, beautiful landscaping, wild life, friendly neighbors and staff. I have lived in Sacramento since December 2010 and I have never felt this safe. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends, neighbors, clients or family members if they need a realtor. A plus service!!

Kelli Griggs is a realtor extraordinaire. She is a professional, skillful negotiator, and a woman with heart. Her team supports her and her clients in a thoughtful, considerate and caring way. As she helped me buy my dream home and list my current home for sale, she apprised me of all phases of the purchasing and selling process, and supported me each step of the way. Kelli coached me on staging my home, and subcontracted to make an amazing video and photos to market it. Just hours after my house hit the market, a potential buyer made an offer on my house, sight unseen! She negotiated a fair price, and we came to an agreement on terms. And after I had found my dream home, Kelli negotiated the contract for its purchase, contingent on the sale of my existing home. Unfortunately, just two days before escrow closed, the buyer’s financing fell through. Since the sale of my house was not happening, I was at risk of losing the home I so wanted to purchase. Kelli came up with a plan for me to be able to buy my new home nevertheless. She connected me to a mortgage broker who offers bridge loans for just such circumstances. I was able to purchase my home, and will refinance once my old home has sold. Though the entire process has been extremely stressful and harrowing, Kelli has listened compassionately, offering her experience and wisdom to help ease me through it. We are moving into our new home in just days; this would simply not have been possible if not for Kelli and her fantastic team. I am extremely grateful for their support and guidance. We will continue working with her team on selling my original home. I know the outcome will be positive, and that I will have her team’s support throughout the process. I highly recommend Kelli Griggs as an exceptional realtor who cares.
