Ken just helped us sell our old home and purchase a new one. This was the third time we've purchased a home, and thanks to Ken, it was the best experience. Ken is incredibly knowledge about real estate (and a variety of other topics). Throughout the process, I don't think we stumped him once with a question. He was always ready with an answer based on years of experience. On top of that, he connected us with great people (lawyer, house inspector) that he had worked with in the past. Perhaps most importantly, Ken makes you feel like you are his only costumer. He's always available--he always promptly returns phone calls and texts. He's always eager to host an open house or take you to see a listing. I can't recommend him enough.

Ken found plenty of duplexes for me to see, even as I shifted the communities I was interested in. He gave good advice about price point and timing when it came time to make an offer, which was accepted. I most appreciated that he came to the inspection with me, and asked all the right questions of the inspector. Using the inspection report, he then steered me to negotiate an additional $4,000 off the selling price. I've been in my new home for 5 months now, and I am confident this sale was a good deal for me.

Always available. Optimistic. Works to save his clients $$$ on the properties they are interested in. Doesn't oversell his product. Delivers on his word. Recommends competent, accessible, and friendly real estate attorney for the contract work and closing. Follows up on the details, for example, obtaining OPRA records on the property from the towns where the property is located. Negotiates well on Home Inspection issues. Has contractor / trade knowledge. Patient and hard working.

Always responds in a timely manner. Ken was amazing with my family and extremely honest regarding any questions that needed to be answered. He made our experience as first time homebuyers an awesome and enjoyable experience. ????

Ken helped us find our dream house. We worked with him and looked at many houses throughout Morris County and Sussex County. He is a tough negotiator and will give you an honest and knowledgable opinion about whatever house you are looking at. We have been living in our new house for a month now and love it already. I honestly recommend you give Ken a call as he will work very hard for you.
