We recently worked with Dayana Peck to sell our home in New Jersey, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment we engaged her services she demonstrated a great level of expertise and dedication that made a difference. Dayana made our home selling process seamless from start to finish. She provided a detailed market analysis and help us set a competitive asking price. Her strategy to attract the right buyers was impressive. She ensured that our home was presented in the best possible way via the use of excellent marketing materials, professional photography and a great YouTube video that generated a significant amount of views. Dayana was always available and kept us informed of progress. Peter was a great source of support in helping me sell my home after my husband passed away. He helped me sell my husband's plumbing supplies, listed his vans for sale online and even picked me up from the airport when I had to leave town. Peter has a big heart and truly cares about the well-being of his clients.

Chris and his team were outstanding. From when we first started meeting with realtors, Chris stood out for his authenticity, his humility, and his ethics. Not only did he have deep experience in the area we were selling (Mendham), but he also spoke in a thoughtful way about our options and about everyone involved in the process. We also went through a tricky spot with our sale where we were almost under contract and then the buyer backed out, so we needed to pivot with our home sale strategy to avoid looking like an aging listing. With Chris' help we ended up developing a new strategy, received multiple competing offers, and ultimately sold above our list price. Throughout the process Chris sees a real estate transaction as an opportunity for both sides to come together and partner effectively -- he's good at reading people and is not combative like we saw in other agents, though he will go to bat for you whenever needed. The result is the transactions go smoother and with elimination of unnecessary "drama". In addition, Chris sets a high bar with his responsiveness and was always there for us throughout the process. So if you want a mix of someone who is results-oriented, will always put his clients' best interest first, and is also a great human being, look no further than Chris Baggio! We cannot say enough good things about him.
