Our journey with Kendra started when we were first-time homebuyers in the middle of the pandemic — during an intensely difficult market for buyers. We’re so happy Kendra helped us navigate this market, as her knowledge and expertise gave us the confidence to persevere through stressful multiple-offer situations (she’s an excellent negotiator, by the way). Fast-forward a year, and she has now represented us for three successful home purchases and a sale — all of which she made enjoyable experiences for us. We tend to be rather unpredictable clients, but Kendra is patient and adapts so well to our constantly changing needs. Kendra’s attention to detail, responsiveness, and dependability are just a few of the qualities that make her such a great agent and we hope to work with her again!

We had experiences with many realtors before we began working with Kendra Fredericks several years ago, and once we found Kendra we knew we had a realtor for life. Kendra has been our immediate family's realtor for six completed purchase/sale transactions, countless showings and numerous offers. We've thrown a lot of crazy things Kendra's way over the years and she's always been there to support us or gently nudge us back onto our intended path. Kendra always seems to be one step ahead of us and has the remarkable ability to know exactly what we need and when we need it. We know there isn't a perfect realtor out there, but Kendra is perfect for us.

We are so grateful to have worked with Kendra to sell our home! She is the kindest, most responsive, most professional agent we have ever worked with! She made the sale of our house very easy and low-stress. She answered our questions and gave us great advice that ultimately led to our quick sale. I would recommend anyone to work with her for buying or selling - she’s the best!!

Kendra helped us buy our home in a very competitive market January to March 2021. She was very patient and positive as our offers on homes were turned down consistently. During this few month span she was always easy to reach and quick to respond and prepare our offers on homes. She was also honest and sincere. Kendra went above and beyond to help us find a home that was right for us. Once an offer was accepted she was very helpful in negotiating a fair price after the inspection on the home uncovered some issues. She was also the first person to buy us a house warming gift. What a kind person! If she is still a realtor if/when we move again, we will definitely prefer to work with her.

She is the best always on top of it and she helped my family find the perfect home we are so grateful we going her ! I would recommend her to my friends and family , she has tons of patients and super helpful with knowing the area we moved here to WA in July so we did not know much about the cities . Thank you again
