Joe made our home selling experience much easier and smoother than we expected! I appreciated his patience with me when I had multiple questions. He offered sound advice and guided us to make informed decisions. I especially liked that he took the time to make videos explaining long documents (offers, amendments, etc) which helped with our hectic schedules. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Joe’s team that also helped with the open house, correspondence with our lender, etc. They are pretty efficient and got things done! He also has a great contact list for recommendations for anything and everything that we needed from staging to lawn care. If we were to return to JBLM, we wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Joe and certainly recommend him to our friends and family.

Joe was a wonderful person to work with during our very difficult home purchase. He was constantly available and always knew how to help us navigate buying a brand new build home. We couldn’t have done it without him or his real estate knowledge. If and when we ever do buy another home, Joe will certainly be the first person we call! Thank you so much for everything Joe!

Joe exceeded all expectations. He made the entire process stress free. I would only recommend him to others. Joe knew the market and was able to give me the advice needed for me to make good decisions. He was organized, kept me informed and made the process smooth. He was also able to assist me in transitioning in my out of state move. There were never any surprises during the entire process. He has a team that would be hard to beat. From preinspection to listing, reviewing offers and closing joe made the process smooth and easy. I have bought and sold several homes over the past 40 years and never experienced the level of service joe provided me.
