Tho use to high after reducing price twice house was under contact 2 days later. But keep reading the first price was trying to get most available for house. Even with higher price listed still had 10 people do walk thrus of house so still in right ballpark. Also needs to be noted. From time house listed for sale and then under contract was only 13 days over 20 people did walk thrus. Very happy with service and help Mr. Claude did was looking to get price available. Would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell house contract Mr Claude works hard to get best deal for his client. Sincerely James Evans

Terrell is a truely awesome person to work with, he provides really in depth explanation and knowledge to different houses we checked. He gives effort to provide the dream house you wanted. 10/10 recommendable!

Where do I begin. I was told how stressful home buying can be but was ultimately surprised how well my process went. I credit this all to the professionalism of my realtor Ken Claude. Ken was very honest, extremely helpful, caring and listened to my needs and wants in what a home should look like for me and my family and delivered on every listing until I found my perfect home. I wanted to write this survey primarily because after getting the home I realized how many obstacles my realtor faced with the lender/ underwriter and he never burden me with those obstacles. He took it on and came back to me with the resolution he took to resolve them for me. Wow, I couldn’t have chosen a better realtor, especially moving across different states and relied on his expertise to help my family in purchasing our first home. I would unequivocally recommend Ken Claude without a second of the doubt to absolutely everyone wanting to buy a home. Thank you, Ken!

Ken was great to work with from the start of the buying process to the day of close. With us being from another state, he was able to suggest local professionals that handled all our needs perfectly. My wife and I would use Ken again for any future real estate purchases in the Low Country.
