Kent was incredible through our whole home buying process in Lido! He went above & beyond to make sure we got to see as many houses as we needed to before making our decision, and he had great attention to detail through the closing process. Wow, Kent is the man! We listed our place in Anaheim Hills with Kent knowing his strong reputation for knowing how to market his properties to get top dollar. We were not disappointed. I have had the pleasure of knowing Kent for a few years, as he helped us purchase this home as well. We thought we were reaching high with price but Kent took us even higher - closing way higher than expected with little to no issues at all. Any issues that arose during escrow were immediately alleviated by Kent. He has done so many deals, he had experience with every single situation that came up. In the end he saved us a lot of money and got us way more for our property than anticipated. We were so ecstatic we even took him and his wife to Mastro's to celebrate! Will be using Kent for every real estate transaction without a doubt.
