I can honestly say Stephanie is the best realtor I've worked with—by far! I was beyond satisfied with Khia. She took her time to explain everything in detail with me. Even though I told her I trusted her judgement with the process, she still was very thorough and gave great suggestions regarding the pros and cons for each decision. Very Knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions. She sold my home and she had alot of patience and made sure I got the best deal I could possibly get. I would highly recommend her as your realtor and I will definitely be using her for my next home purchase or sale. Thank you again.

Kevin is a consummate Real Estate Professional and he made our search for a home, through to settlement, a very smooth and memorable experience. Although our first two offers on two houses were not accepted and, we were disappointed; however, Kevin helped us to move forward in our search for the house we would totally love and would actually become our next home. Kevin was easy to work with; he was patient with us when we were anxious, knowledgeable and answered our questions in detail, gave transparency in explaining what to expect during the home search process, approachable/easy to be in his presence, focused and present when we were on appointments to see a property. My home buying experience with Kevin was amazing! He was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond finding me properties in this fast-selling market. It’s rare to find someone that’s genuinely concerned about making their client happy instead of lining their pockets. He remained available during the not-so-fun portions of the process like dealing with the seller, lender, and title company and that meant a lot to me. Overall, 10/10 recommend!!

Kevin Carroll was an absolute joy to work with. He was very knowledgable about the home buying process and made my first time home buying experience an easy one. He was always available and attentive to my questions and his ability to negotiate my needs with the seller allowed me to get everything I wanted in my first home.
