As a first time home buyer, I was completely new to the process of buying a house and everything that goes along with it. Kim Davis went above and behind to get me into the house I wanted and on top of that, made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. Negotiating skills as well as her expertise with the whole process was unbelievable and I highly recommend to anyone in need of a new home. Thank you Kim Davis!

We can't recommend Kim enough! My fiance and I were first time home buyers. Before finding Kim, we had some experience with other realtors. While they were helpful with sending listings, they lacked the personal connection and guidance we were looking for. Our experience with Kim was incredible. Kim went above and beyond to get to know us and our priorities. She advocated for us every step of the way and spent the time to educate us about the home buying process. We viewed about 10 homes together. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the conditions of the homes and the surrounding area. Kim is extremely honest and trustworthy. We always knew that she had our best interests in mind, she wasn't going to let us buy just anything. Ultimately we found our first home with Kim and we couldn't be more thankful for our experience. If you are looking for a personal experience with an honest and dedicated realtor, Kim is for you.

Kim is an amazing real estate agent. From the first time I talked to her to closing she was honest, kind, responsive, and professional. This was my first home selling experience and to make it even more challenging I was moving across the country. She held my hand through the entire process. She told me exactly what I needed to do to get the most out of my house. Communication was fantastic. Every email, call, or text was responded to within 24 hours (often quicker). She is very knowledgeable about the area and priced our home well. Despite our home needing some work and being at the higher end of the market for our town, we ended up with 10 offers after 2 days on the market and closed $30k above asking. She reviewed all of the offers with me and explained all of the different conditions and the pros and cons of each so I could make a completely informed decision. She didn't automatically push for the offer for the highest amount if it was not the best overall deal. I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Kim, and encourage anyone looking to sell their home to contact her.

Kim did an excellent job helping us getting everything completed in a timely manner. We were able to offer and close in less than 3 months. Miss Davis, is very professional and customer service focused.
