I reached out to this Realtor while looking for a place in uncharted territory for me. This Realtor/ Kim Gero always answered my emails 7 days a week...she was on every home she could find for me...I found this wonderful home because Kim went the extra mile and even then that was not enough...she fought tooth and nail to make sure the seller knew this deal was going to happen. I highly recommend Kim not for just a realtor but for a Real Person listening to what you want and She will find it and work hard for you to get it.

She is Awsum, worked very hard for me and my family, I will Definitely recommend her, very knowledgeable of area and always in touch to let me know what was going on, very impressed with her timing and promptly returning calls and answering my questions, great experience for me and my family

Wow!!! What else can we say besides... AMAZING!!! Kim listened attentively to our needs and expectations and assured us that she would have our best interest in mind from start to finish. She did a complete walkthrough of our home and gave us advice about what we should and should not do to make our house stand out above so many others. She had a step by step plan for selling our house, and she followed through with careful attention to every detail. Kim would stage our home on Sunday. (Her staging would transform our empty house into a welcoming home). Pictures were taken on Monday.(The "Circle Tour" with soothing background music was eye popping). The house made the MLS listings on Wednesday. And, believe it or not, we had a cash offer that Friday. She made the entire process, from start to finish, a real joy. As promised, Kim was very helpful and Extremely professional. Oh... and did we say, AMAZING!!!

Kim was so helpful every step of the way! She gave us honest feedback during our house search but was not over bearing. I would recommend Kim to anyone and everyone looking for a new home! She always went above and beyond and I could be happier with our experience with her! Thanks again Kim!
