Denise started working with us a year before we were ready to put our house on the market. She came and did a market analysis for us so we had an idea of what our house was worth. When we were ready to put the house on the market, she came back and gave us an overview of what she would do and what we had to do and when over the contract paperwork. She was very supportive during the painstaking task of downsizing the contents of the house. She kept in touch with us to check on our progress. When the time came, she came in at staged the house with what we had left in the house and she brought in some accent pieces. The photographer came in and took pictures for the listing. Denise posted the listing and the next day two showing were scheduled. By that evening we had a full price offer, which we accepted. Denise was there to help us with all the sales paperwork that followed and kept us informed with what would be happening when (inspections, etc.) and she was with us at the closing. She was always professional and she's good at her job.

Professional and prompt service. When first attempt at loan by the buyer was denied, we didn't panic .On her advice we granted extension and ended up making the sale at list price.Also the sale still got done by Labor Day. Which was what we had hoped for and what she told us could be done.

Denise is very calm and professional during a process that is fraught with distress and emotions for the buyers and sellers. She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps buyers and sellers informed throughout. She was both the buyers' agent and sellers' agent for our recent move. In particular, I find that she is not overly chatty and never tries to "sell" buyers on a particular property. With Denise's long experience, she understands that the buyer needs to assess a property with respect to their particular needs. In the selling role, she works hard to keep the process moving along peacefully and reasonably. I give her my highest recommendation. She is, above all, ethical and honest in all her dealings.

Denise Williams has been a top agent with Maxfield Real Estate for about 30 years....not only does her experience provide the very best for her customers and clients, but her enthusiasm for each new project is what makes her an outstanding Realtor. I have worked with Denise in buying and also selling a property...and always felt that she was one step ahead of whatever situation would arise. Denise sold our home and found another, both purchase and sale went smoothly without any glitches. Denise was a true professional with both. She always answered questions promptly and attended to the smallest of details, always with a smile I would recommend her highly for any service she could provide
