She gave us a tour called me back after a whole week was rude through the phone told me “don’t argue with me” in a high tone yelling as an agent her job is to understand her clients not to be rude she said my credit score wasn’t acceptable when my credit score is high instead of checking she continues to repeat the same information instead of showing what was the problem.

Kim is such a gem. She is prompt, patient, knowledgeable about the process and is savvy in getting your needs and wants executed. This time we were selling the home she help us purchase and buying a new home. The process before was fast and easy, as we knew what we wanted, found it and we did not have to negotiate too much. The second time around was a bit challenging, as the sale of our prior home correlated with the purchase of our new/current home. Our home sold fast with a few bumps with negotiation, but Kim was there to guide us and relay what we wanted, overall it worked out and the new owners were happy as were we. As for our new/current home, it was challenging as the first home fell through, we looked at so many homes as we were trying to stay in a certain area. We eventually found a new build, my husband loved, me on the other hand, not so much, but Kim was super patient, thoughtful and understanding. In all we ended up with the new build and could not be any happier, basically my husband got his forest oasis (lol) and I got it for the price I wanted in an area that was not too far from where we wanted to be. Kim is an awesome agent, she will present you with all the information you need to make your decision, and allows you to have a voice in the process as well.

Kim was an amazing real estate agent when she helped is sell and buy my home. Her attention to detail was incredible. I'll refer her to all of my family and friends. Most Importantly, she was always available via text or phone call was consistently.
