Kim Wirtz is truly the best realtor around!! From the minute we listed our home with her, we knew we made the right choice. We had multiple showings on Labor Day & received two offers. We accepted the higher offer, of course, but there was an issue with the buyer's financing, so the offer fell through. We learned this on the day of Kim's daughter's wedding, but that didn't stop Kim from handling the issue! We truly can't thank Kim enough for her attention to detail and responsiveness. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, don't hesitate to call her!!!

I was extremely pleased with Kim's attention and knowledge regarding the sale of my Plainfield home. She was always available with a quick response to my questions; and, from our first meeting, exhibited a solid understanding of the market and where to price the property (which actually sold over the asking price). Kim was spot on when deciding how to sell the house and what did or didn't need attention. I feel fortunate that Kim became my agent and would recommend her to anyone that asks.

Kim is amazing! She sold our house in a few days and we closed in less then a month. The house even sold for more the our asking price. She was very responsive & attentive. I highly recommend her for selling or buying!!

Kim did an amazing job finding the perfect condo for my stepsons needs ,listening to his needs and location for his first home , the transition was easy and smooth Kim has excellent customer service and goes over and beyond Kim is personable and still remains professional Her follow through is exceptional, Kim always makes sure needs are met in a timely manner I would absolutely recommend Kim for all you real estate needs
