From our first meeting till we put in our final offer, we had a blast with Kim! She always answered her phone and my thousand questions. She is the BEST realtor in Grand Forks and the surrounding areas. We moved in from out of state and her knowledge of the area is extensive and she will not steer you wrong.

Bottom line: after buying houses in 4 different states in the last 15 years, she is the BEST realtor I’ve ever worked with. She spent time listening to us about our preferences instead of pushing anything on us, then came to our meeting extremely well-prepared with a binder full of places that met our criteria. She coordinated dozens of showings and adjusted based on our refinement of likes/dislikes as we looked. After closing, she continued to follow up with us and help us smooth over problems, all on her own accord. Even through the holidays and severe inclement weather, she continued to reach out and head off potential problems. I’m 100% happy with the outstanding service and will be recommending her to everyone I know.

We loved having Kim as our realtor. She genuinely cared about our price range, needs, and wants. She made sure that everything went smooth on our closing day and had the locks changed as we were signing the papers. Kim paid close attention to detail and was always making sure that the sellers were cooperating as well. She kept in touch with us after we moved in and that meant a lot to us as it shows that we were more than just a client to her. We will definitely be giving Kim a call when we purchase a newer home down the road. Without a doubt, she made our first time home buying experience a great one!

It was so great having Kim as my realtor! She is very friendly and fun to work with. She really does care for all of her clients. It was like working with a great friend, who just happens to be an expert in real estate. She treated us like family. She is very knowledgeable of the area and listened to all of our wants and needs in a house. This was my first home purchase, and she made the whole buying experience very easy for us, every step of the way. I would highly recommend Kim Efta to everyone who is looking for a realtor! She is a hard worker and will work diligently for all your real estate needs. So happy we found her!

I first met Kimberly when I called her to show me a home I was interested in. I didn't end up buying that house, but later that year I found a home I fell in love with and I used Kimberly as my realtor! She was always available to help with any questions through the whole process. If she didn't know the answer to my question she would research and call people and find the answer for me! She was great at guiding me through the process of buying the home. She was helpful through deciding what price to offer and requests to make to the seller. I love my new home! She keeps in touch even after the process is done and is always there if you need her! I really enjoyed working with her she made me feel comfortable and she is very friendly!
