It has been a pleasure working with Kimo Quance in the sale of our house in San Marcos. Kimo was very helpful in not only explaining where the housing market was in San Marcos, but also when and how to put the house on the Market. From Marketing via staging and photos to listing on MSL he created a very professional package. Within two days of listing we had two offers. From there the Quance Group went to work. Completing documentation, reviewing offers, counter offers, and working through all the steps to closing. Val Aguilar (Agent) went beyond the call of duty to assist in completing our tasks for closing. During this process she was very good at keeping us informed and educating us on the process. Working with Kimo Quance, and the Quance Group, was a true pleasure. Faced with some hard decisions after our father passed away, my siblings and I reached out to Kimo and his team early on to help us determine the best course of action was so that we could sell our long-time family home of 50 plus years. Kimo brought genuine understanding and empathy to the table and we immediately knew we could trust that we were in good hands. The team he works with were just as courteous and quick to help with any questions we had as we worked through the process of selling the home that helped to raise many generations of children. They were graciously patient with us when we decided to keep the home for a few months before listing so we could dive into the decades of memories which helped us to heal from our loss. There was never any pressure to rush the process and we can’t be grateful enough for that alone. When the time came to list the property, Kimo set up an open house and we were shocked to have 6 offers within just a few days, with the highest offer far exceeding our expectations. Closing and escrow was made simple and easy by the amazing team there. All in all, working with the Quance Group not only guarantees that you will be working with high level professionalism and efficiency, but authentic kindness that will far exceed your hopes and expectations. I've worked with Tad Murroughs (agent) over the past few years looking for a home in San Diego, as well as putting it right back on the market. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to sell my property right away. As soon as I reached out to Tad he was on it, extremely supportive and didn't hesitate. The entire team has always been incredible. Lorene Pearcy, the Closing Manager, always kept me up to date with escrow. Even if it there were hiccups along the way, the team was transparent throughout the process and always kept me in the loop. I can't value this team enough. They were not only there for me throughout this business transaction, but they went above and beyond to support me personally. They definitely have your six (military lingo for having your back). Both Tad and Lorene are stellar human beings and I would recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell in San Diego. The best realty company to have the pleasure of working with. We got really lucky in getting an awesome and attentive realtor. Shout out to the best realtor Greg Hill!! He was so patient with us throughout the whole home buying process. This was our first time buying a home and everything coming at us was overwhelming, however, Greg provided answers to us and reassured us on the whole process. He responded and answered calls at all hours of the day to which we are extremely grateful! I would highly recommend the Kimo Quance team and Greg as your realtor!
