In September of 2023, I took a picture of a for sale sign of Kirstie and Rochelle at my neighbor's front yard for future reference because I was so impressed about their meticulous cleaning out and staging processes. In mid November of 2024, I signed a purchase agreement with a builder under the conditions that I would close the escrow by the year end and they would review my status bi-weekly. Then I was not prepared to sell my house. Time was of the essence. After brief email exchanges, Kirstie and Rochelle visited to provide me with a complete picture of local real estate market status and to listen to my needs. This was only the beginning of their magical touches. We had 6 weeks including holidays to sell and close the escrow. Kirstie and Rochelle scheduled and got photo shoot and home staging done within a week. Their process was so smooth that my house was all prepared for its first open house over the Thanksgiving weekend! Basically, Kirstie and Rochelle gave up the biggest shopping weekends of a year and the family time in a holiday weekend for this. Surprisingly, we had 5 offers from that weekend. Some of them were over the asking price! From the day I met them until the day I physically moved out of the sold house, Kirstie and Rochelle had constantly updated me with status every step of the way: Termite inspection, Home inspection, House appraisal, etc. If an issue was found, they were there to support me and help me to get the issue resolved. Even after the house was sold, their presence was so heart warming: (1) Kirstie and Rochelle came to see me on the moving out day with a very thoughtful and generous gift package and (2) They found my tablet left behind and sent it to my new address. My husband and I call Kirstie and Rochelle miracle workers. They earned 100% of our trust. We highly recommend them for your real estate needs. They are the best!!!

Kirstie and Rochelle went so above and beyond the call of duty in order to sell my house and even helped me find a new place to live. No one knows the Wagon Wheel and surrounding area better than they do and believe in the neighborhood so much that they live there! They are professional, polite, but also assertive when it comes to negotiating and taking care of their client. I can’t recommend them enough. Anyone who thinks that realtors can’t make a difference haven’t worked with this team.

Kirstie is an amazing Realtor! She guided me all through the process. She provided vendors to help prepare the home for sale. She was available to meet with people when I couldn’t. She provided décor to help the home look show ready. She came up with a great marketing plan that caused us to have multiple offers and ultimately close at a higher price than I expected. Kirstie’s team, from her assistant to the escrow company, was amazing. They were always available for questions and really made the process smooth. I can’t thank Kirstie enough for her hard work. The results speak for themselves. An All Time Record sale in Bel Flora! We were fortunate to be represented Kirstie & Rochelle. Despite numerous “Challenges”, they always brought answers to the table. Their network of resources is truly impressive. It was vital in the consummation of this sale. From the expert guidance we were given by Bullock Russell, to the team at Corner Escrow and the contractors that worked on our home, we felt like we had a Team working for us.
