Konnie was our first experience ever with a realtor and I think she ruined us for anyone else. She is very honest & professional and will tell you what you need to hear. If she heard me and my wife trying to talk ourselves in to buying a house (regardless of price) she would stop us and tell us "you shouldn't have to talk yourself in to a home, lets move on". We needed that! Especially during this time in the housing market. Konnie was very patient with us (being first time buyers and all) and constantly listened and learned, from house to house, what we wanted in a home. She consistently built trust with us to the point where we were unable to look at a house and she rushed over knowing exactly what we wanted and looked at it without us. We bought THAT house and couldn't be happier with it. Recommend to anyone looking for a home, but especially to first time buyers.

This was our first time selling a home and thanks to Konnie the process was so simple and easy. She answered all of our questions and was very quick to respond to messages. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you are looking for someone to help you sell your home who is affordable, always looking out for your best interest and experienced I highly recommend Konnie.

We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Konnie of the Magnificent group. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the Purchase of our house and then the sale she was very helpful. I wish I could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments in both aspects (selling and buying) that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Konnie was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so. Thank you again Konnie Mac!.

Professional excellence is what you will get with this amazing lady! The three D imagery is a game changer in today's market with a pandemic among us and she is the best. Kind courteous and helpful during to whole process.

Konnie was absolutely awesome in every way ! Our experience from start to finish could not have been any better. I would recommend her highly to anyone who would like an agent who is very professional and caring towards the clients needs!
