Krista Abshure with Abshure Realty group and her team were absolutely amazing! Krista came highly recommended as a realtor in my area and she did not disappoint. After going through a very difficult and tumultuous divorce resulting In a contentious sale of our home, Krista provided expert advice, a keen sense and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate marketplace, tenacious and proficient negotiating skills, as well as a competency that not only involved working with potential buyers and their agents, but also skill and tactfulness between two opposing, and at times difficult, sellers in a very tense legal situation. Krista and her team provided recommendations, insight and resources needed to list the home at its most favorable price point. Once listed, Krista was very active in promoting the home that resulted in a substantial offer above list price almost immediately. Krista and her team followed through on every commitment and exceeded our expectations in every way. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience working with the Abshure Realty Group when selling our house!
