Kristen Schena did an outstanding job assisting me with the sale and purchase of my new home. Her knowledge and expertise in the markets geographic area was essential in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering future resale value. Kristen Schena was very involved in all aspects of the closing of both homes. She was a bulldog when it came to hitting all the deadlines. If you needed a document right away she got it to you right away. She had every document saved in a file just in case it was needed in any future request from your loan officers etc. She was very personable, responsive, and set up regular checkins. Communication was key to our business relationship. She always gave great advice without being overbearing in your decision making process. She pointed out important issues of each home allowing me to make an informed decision. I appreciated that alot. It made me feel valued and that she had my best interests at heart. While we were overseas, Kristen was our eyes, ears, and voice (advocate) through the construction and buying process of our new house. From the beginning, she heard what we wanted and helped us found a house that met all our family needs in a new development. Kristen is excellent, professional, diligent, and very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area. Any time we asked for something she did more than we expected. She was able to share providers such as home inspectors, fence installers, etc. She did the initial walkthrough/inspection and advocate for us when issues came up. She kept us updated throughout the process, sent us pictures, videos, etc. Kristen is all what you are looking for an excellent realtor. Highly recommended!!

Being presented with a difficult situation from our lender. We can honestly and emphatically say that we could not have bought our home without Kristen! Kristen helped sell our home fast and for a good price. She was professional and guided us through the entire sales process. We always received feedback after each showing. In addition, Kristen was on top of all paperwork and deadlines, and kept the sales process moving forward. Living overseas, we sometimes needed a little extra help to make phone calls and follow up on details. Kristen went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information needed to successfully close the sale of our home on schedule. I definitely recommend Kristen for any real estate sales needs and will use her again in the future!
