Can't say enough about the expertise and amazing care that Kristen provides her clients. I highly recommend her for both selling and buying property. She helped motivate us and keep us on track throughout the process and her team was very communicative and helpful. She also has so many useful connections, advice, and knowledge of the market so you will be supported throughout the often stressful process.

I have worked with Kristen on three separate transactions over the last five years (two purchases and one sale) and she has offered exceptional service every time! I like to find reputable, high quality professionals in the area to have “go-to” experts when needed. If I need any real estate services in the future I will certainly be using Kristen’s expertise again!

Kristen was a huge help to my wife and me during our home selling process. Kristen is the most knowledgeable and ethical Realtor I have ever seen. During the whole process, I dealt with more than 6 realtors and Kristen was by far the best one. Kristen is a subject matter expert in Real Estate and I would always trust whatever she says. In addition, she is quite patient and willing to help and educate people. When I first started to look around I had zero knowledge of Real Estate and she was the one who patiently taught me everything. With her help, I was able to buy a house that both my wife and I truly love and I have no hesitation that this was the best choice for me. I saw many Realtors that just want to sell and they do not care about anything else or even do not have any idea on what the difference is between Townhouse and Condo. Kristen was the one who truly knew the difference and educated me thoroughly on all the details. Prior to our purchase, we saw a house with 4 bedrooms which my wife and I really liked and we were about to go for it, but Kristen stopped us and she knew purchasing that house will put us in trouble as it was in a student neighborhood and she warned us about all the problems that we will encounter as a family when we live in a house that all neighbors are undergrads partying 24/7 and also the difficulty for us to rent it our down the road. My wife and I were amazed by how kind and honest she is with her clients and she thinks more of her client's satisfaction than making money off of it. Long story short, I strongly recommend Kristen to whoever is looking for a good deal in Gainesville Area.

Professional, efficient, HONEST!!!! A true expert in the field. She knew the answer to every question we had, and she gave us the inside scoop on everything we needed to know. We use Kristen for every sale and purchase in the future!!!!
