Kristina is not only an amazing realtor but an amazing person! She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to deliver. She was always on hand 24/7 to answer my questions (there were lots), and she walked us through the whole process with ease. I can’t recommend her enough and we will be definitely using her again in the future! Thanks Kristina, central Kentucky is lucky to have you!!!

Kristina was incredible from first message to our closing date. She listened intently to every single need we brought to the table even ones that we were just discussing amongst ourselves. We had a checklist of our non-negotiables going into buying and didn’t feel like it was attainable within our tight budget. We shared our budget with Kristina early on and she never pushed us to exceed it or to consider anything else. She helped us feel capable and confident in our search. Within a couple of weeks of working with us, Kristina was able to take us to the doorstep of the home that checked all of our boxes within our budget. She has extensive knowledge and unwavering confidence when it comes to real estate that makes her stand out from anyone else we’ve ever worked with. We know Kristina is a well sought after local realtor and has many other clients to take care of, but we would have never have known aside from the reputation that preceded her. She made us feel like we were her only clients in the way she took time to be on phone calls with us, answer every silly question we had, and always was quick in text response. It’s clear to us that the families she serves are at the forefront of why she does what she does. This is more than a job to her, it’s a labor of love. We went in looking for a realtor and left this whole process with a home we love and a forever friend. We are so thankful for Kristina and will recommend her to anyone who will listen.

Kristina knows the market well. She does a great job of understanding her client’s needs, and is committed to helping them find the right home for them. She is extremely efficient and works hard to make the process as smooth as possible!

Kristina, did an AWSOME job she went out of her way to help me buy my new place as she was helping the seller of the property. She’s actually still helping me to this day even after closing she’s my go to for any buying/selling questions. Very knowledgeable an had the best resources. You couldn’t ask for a better person to help you buy or sale. She plays both sides of the field and is for the home an away team. I was blessed to find her. If you’re looking for a realtor don’t hesitate or overthink it just give her a call.
