Trevor Kemp was professional , knowledgeable and friendly . I highly recommend him for any real estate needs. It’s also nice to have someone who responds promptly to emails or texts and understands how valuable your time is .

We have called Kristopher's office and cell phone numerous times over the past 3 weeks and left several messages. This agent does not answer the phone or return any phone calls. Be careful trying to purchase a home through him as it appears he might be hiding listings for his own benefit and/or in-house investors.

We first met Kristopher Pilles during the summer of 2009 when he showed us the first home we looked at in the Hamptons. Two years later, as a result of Kris's hard work and constant communication with us, he found found the perfect summer home for us in Southampton. Kris is not only very knowledgeable of the east end, but extremely attentive to a customer's needs and wants in a home. We would not have found this home without him. We are very grateful to him for the time an effort he dedicated to our search for a summer home. He is not only a real estate broker we would recommend to anyone, but a valued friend. I exchanged several text messages with Mr. Pilles about a property he was representing at 19 Sunninghill Rd. He promised to contact me the next day and didn't for two days. However, he later responded and was quite generous with his time and knowledgeable about the foreclosure market on the East End.

KP is the best. If you want an honest broker not afraid to tell you what he is thinking and how he owuld approach your situation, this is the guy for you.<br/><br/>I will encourage everyone I know and don't know to contact KP if they are thiking of buying and or selling on the North Fork or Hamptons.
