I truly cannot say enough good things about Ashley. I am naturally a very skeptical and reserved individual, so it takes a lot for me to build trust with someone. Especially regarding such a huge decision like buying a home. Ashley made it clear to me every step of the way that I, as her client, am the focus of this endeavor. I work between 50-60 hours a week, 80 on drill weekends, so my time is very limited (writing this in the parking lot of work rn lol). Despite this, Ashley worked super hard and with great success to set up the inspections, viewings, etc. She was very knowledgeable and informative, answering every question I had (which was a lot), and would always get back to me in a timely manner. Her exceptional cooperation and communication with my loan officer, inspectors and various other agents made this process much less of a headache than I expected it to be. Even beyond the technical aspects, she caters to the human side of things. Buying a house is stressful and anxiety-inducing, and she is perceptive enough to recognize this. She gave me reassurance, answers and results. Couldn't be more satisfied with her as my realtor!!! Thanks, Ashley ??

We were directed to Caitlin as first time home buyers. I am so glad we were, she knew so much when we knew nothing. She became more than a realtor, she became a friend who checks in. She was always a text away when we needed her and she replied speedy quick. I cannot recommend her enough. She made our first time home buying as breezy as buying your first home can be. Love her.
