Laci was awesome to work with. I was shown several homes and when we decided what i wanted the next one was the one i bought. Laci will go into any attic or crawl space just to help you check out what is there.

We've bought or sold 8 homes and Laci was our best realtor experience (and there's not a close second.) We had worked with a different realtor for this property earlier but had second thoughts after the comps he provided (verbally) were unimpressive and not particularly comparable. Laci put together a 12 page detailed analysis of our property including very representative comps, and math explaining how the differences between properties changed the valuation she was providing. Last in this packet was a sheet explaining the price range she thought we should list the house within and the price she though the house would sell for. Her analysis was very sound, valued our house at 15% more than the prior realtor had estimated, and we had a full price offer for the house within 3 weeks of listing. After we accepted the offer, Laci was incredibly helpful through the end of the closing. She arranged for a contractor to remediate issues identified at the inspection (at a super reasonable price), and she attended the closing for us with limited power of attorney b/c we are out of state. Listing this house with Laci was the best decision we could have made. We recommend her without reservation.

GREAT AGENT Laci Hardy does not just put a sign in the yard, she does everything she can to make your real estate experience comfortable. Her expertise received in remodeling recommendations were spot on. During the remodeling phase, we welcomed her professional opinions, as well as using the people she has used in the past for the various upgrading. When necessary, Laci helped with anything that needed to be done. They all worked perfectly. Laci really relieved my stress level even though we were on a tight timeframe. I truly believe her expertise helped tremendously in getting the house sold. As soon as she looked at the house, she seemed to know immediately who would be interested in our house, so she takes time to know her clients. Laci was willing to meet with clients late in the evening to view our house and would answer our phone calls in a timely manner. Laci is incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of our contract), and very knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and Laci answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Laci does not stop being a real estate agent at 5:00 PM. If I buy or sell another home, I will most definitely use Laci Hardy. She is trustworthy, intelligent, business oriented, and gets the job done. I highly recommend this great agent (Laci Hardy). THANK YOU, Laci, I don’t know what we would have done without you.

Laci was amazing to work with! She listened when we told her exactly what we did and didn't want in a house, and she found us many options that met our wants and needs! She was willing to meet us at any time to show us something we were interested in. She always responds to questions, comments, and concerns, even if that meant she had to shoot you a quick text letting you know she was with another client but would be back to you asap. Very professional, yet very friendly as well! We bpught our first home, but not our forever home... when we decide to sell and buy, she'll definitely be our go to!

Totally awesome realtor to work with and get results! Willing to go the extra mile. Helps you determine things that should be done in order to prep a home for selling. Goes above and beyond when helping you find the home of your dreams. Easy to contact and answers promptly! Would and have recommended to anyone I know who is looking for a realtor. You won't be disappointed!!!
