Larry was very responsive and has been very helpful with his knowledge of the area. We have not had an opportunity to go through negotiations as yet so we cannot rate that. We are still working with an agent in his office as we have not decided on a property at this time as we are selling our current home first before we buy.

Larry is so kind and easy spirited and very thorough. His main concern is making sure his clients are happy and satisfied. He stays on top of everything and gives helpful and encouraging advice. If you have the opportunity, use him!

As an 'out of towner's' it was very important to me that my wife and I felt very comfortable with the realtor that would be helping us purchase land for our retirement home. Larry was recommended to me by another realtor in Havelock. Larry took the time to show us all the communities in Oriental and surrounding towns and was very upfront about the pluses and minuses of all of them. Once we found a lot and our offer was accepted Larry found issues with our septic permit and made sure it was resolved prior to closing. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure we were in the best possible position when we build. Larry is honest and committed to providing the best service possible to his clients. Glenn & Amy

We found Mr. Gwaltney to be a great asset to us in the purchase of our new home. He had a wealth of local knowledge, was very responsive and easy to communicate and work with. We felt he represented our best interest as well as the sellers as Mr. Gwaltney acted a dual agent in our transaction.
