I was referred to Ms Clark by a friend; from day one Ms. Clark was forthcoming with information that helped me secured my home. Ms. Clark made herself available to answer all my questions and concerns; and looked out for my best interest throughout the process. It was a challenging process to say the least, however Ms. Clark was there to the end. My wife an I first met Mrs. Clark at an open house she first walked us thru the property that was for sale Then she sat us down an went over first time home buying with us in terms of what to do, what to look for and what not to do. Before we leave that evening she asked if we were pre-approved for a mortgage at which time we weren't, Mrs. Clark quickly recommended us to Miss. Alicia at first federal savings bank. LSS after we got pre-approved Mrs. Clark spent the next month showing us houses to make sure we were getting what we wanted, after we found our dream home she baby sat us thru the entire process she worked closely with the sellers agent to coordinate smooth sale of the property. At the tip of her fingers she had an attorney an a home inspector waiting for our next move. She makes all the phone calls For us, she always have an answer for every question asked. Latonya is very willing to learn what she doesn't know and asks a lot of questions. I was buying a co-op and she has never dealt with that but did all her research to become more knowledgeable. She asked lots of questions that I didn't know to ask and was extremely helpful in matters that she did know. Latonya also works really hard and does not waste time so if you are looking to move in a hurry she is the woman.
