Monica was absolutely fantastic to work with! We bought our first house thanks to Monica's expertise and assistance, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is professional as well as personable, and does her best to make sure her clients' needs are met. She was flexible with dates and times to view properties and was always available to answer questions. She reached out to other parties on our behalf and communicated her findings promptly. We were pretty overwhelmed and not sure about buying a house when we first started the process, but felt confident at the end due to Monica's guidance, advice, and deep knowledge of how seeking properties and purchasing a house works. I would highly recommend Monica as an agent to anyone- new or experienced homeowners- due to her dedication to her clients and her proactive approach!

Laura is an exceptional agent. She is very experienced and it shows throughout the entire process. She knows her market area as well as anyone. Her no nonsense, level-headed common sense approach was exactly what I was looking for. Further, I was an out of state seller and needed someone who could handle all of the small projects from cleaning to repairs without too much involvement on my part. She nailed it. I highly recommend her.

Monica was incredibly responsive, helpful, and tended to all our concerns. Really brought a calmness for us, and made a terrifying new process seem achievable. This was our first time buying, so she really walked us through the process, and had everything ready for us. Answered all our questions, and prepared everything we needed to sign or consider. Gave us suggested vendors and everything really was fantastic.
