Lauren was the best! My husband and I moved to St. George from Minnesota and from a full weekend house hunting with Lauren to the day we moved into our house she was outstanding every step of the way. She made it so easy and cheerful with her bubbly personality. Could not recommend her enough!!

Sariah was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so patient with my husband and I throughout the whole home buying process. She was always available for any questions or concerns we had. We felt so comfortable communicating with her and she made sure to make us feel like we were a priority! If you are even thinking about buying a home I would reach out to her!

We reside in South Florida but were looking for a vacation/future retirement home in southern Utah. Sariah is a not only a fantastic realtor, but an extremely patient one as well, as well as a consummate professional. Although we were outbid on the home we first placed a bid on , Sariah continued to send us listings for six months before we found our dream home. We couldn't be happier. Sariah recommended home inspectors and other professionals to take care of those minor repairs that every home requires. Through every step in the process, she kept us well informed, gave us up to date information, and promptly answered every email (of which there were many). All of Sariah's efforts culminated in a very easy and smooth closing. Sariah also provided us valuable information concerning furniture stores, restaurants and shops in the area. We could not be more pleased with the stellar service we received and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home in Utah. We are thoroughly enjoying our new vacation home and the unparalleled beauty of all of the sites, national and state parks southern Utah offers.

My husband and I were interested in a property we saw on Zillow. After asking for more information, we were promptly connected with Jenny. Since then, Jenny has gone above and beyond for us. We met at the property days after. Immediately after she took the time and show us more properties in the area. She continues to go above and beyond for us as we continue looking for the perfect property. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jenny on the purchase of our new home in Utah. It took us several months to find a home that was right for us, but after 8 months we finally closed. Jenny was a spectacular agent throughout the whole process, tirelessly sending us new listings almost daily throughout the months-long process until we finally found the one that suited us perfectly. We loved how willing she was to go above and beyond the call of duty to make this happen for us; we weren't able to be there until a couple of weeks after the closing, so she volunteered to handle the final inspections for us and make sure the property was turned over properly. I could not recommend her more highly if you are looking for a new home or second home in southern Utah.
