I can't say enough good things about Trey as a real estate agent! When we decided to sell our condo, which was a vacation rental, I reached out to him and liked him from the very beginning. However, I ended up going with another agent who convinced me based on their stats. That turned out to be a huge mistake. The agent I chose was arrogant and seemed more interested in the sale than in me as a client. After months of frustration and no results, I finally decided to go back to Trey and humbly asked if he would take on my listing. To my relief, he welcomed me back with open arms, never judging or making me feel uncomfortable about my previous choice. He took it as a learning experience about what he could have done differently initially, and the lesson I learned is: if you're ever in doubt, listen to your gut! Trey took on my challenging listing and worked tirelessly to get it sold, even though I am located in Colorado and managing the sale from a distance. His kindness, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond were truly inspiring. Not only is he an exceptional agent, but he's also a wonderful person with a great sense of humor. Trey is an amazing realtor to work with! He’s so knowledgeable and made sure we felt comfortable during the entire process. The sell of our home was complicated and he negotiated so well and never pressured us in to something we didn’t want to do.
