Buying a house can be super scary and challenging, especially for young, first-time homeowners, but Stephanie and Lee Nash made the process so much more bearable for us. They helped us find the perfect home in the Fort Hood area in a little bit over a months time, which is amazing considering how crazy the market is right now. They were super patient and attentive to our every need. Anytime we did not understand something about the process, they took the time to teach us about it. They are also very military friendly! If you are looking for caring and extremely knowledgeable professionals, then Lee and Stephanie are the agents for you!

Lee and Stephanie did an AMAZING job with the sale of our house in Killeen, TX. Considering we are a military family and don't live in the area they made us feel rest assured and in good hands. They walked us through everything, listened to our needs, and were available anytime we had any questions and/or concerns (even with our intercontinental time change as we're stationed in S. Korea). They are a great team - consummate professionals and a joy to work with. They truly went above and beyond!

Outstanding realty team! With Lee and Stephanie's help I was able to find the perfect house for me. I worked with Lee to remotely view homes in the area where I wanted to buy a house. Lee walked me through the homes on FaceTime, pointing out the amenities as well as any concerning spots he noticed. If I had any questions he was more than willing to answer them and provided me with great information on things to look for (and to look out for!) when viewing the homes. Stephanie worked with me on the processes and paperwork to ensure I understood all of the various steps and documents needed to complete the purchase. Lee and Stephanie are top-notch professionals with a wealth of knowledge to share. They always responded to my texts or calls in a timely manner. Even after the sale was complete they have remained responsive when I've had a question or needed to get a message to the seller regarding some items left behind. I highly recommend Lee and Stephanie Nash for your real estate needs; both buying and selling. They look out for your interests and make the whole process much less stressful. 5-Star Service!

Stephanie and Lee Nash are by far the most capable, high caliber realtors I have met. I dealt with other realtors in the area in the past, only to feel like I was in their way, mostly wanted to sell my house below fair market value as if they were in a hurry to sell and move on to the next house. Lee and Stephanie were quite the opposite; they took the time to explain to me the housing market and walked me from listing to selling effortlessly. Once you list your house with them, they care for your house as if it was theirs. They show you tips to enhance curb appeal have open houses and encourage other realtors and potential buyers to visit. They sold my house in a month, so look no further if you are a seller or a buyer, rest assured that Stephanie and Lee will do all they can to sell or help you buy a home you love! I highly recommend their services to potential buyers or sellers; they were honest, knowledgeable and efficient.

It was a great experience. They made the process very easy and helped me tremendously. Stephanie and Lee set up home meetings and coordinated with the title company.
