Lee Johnson sold us a house that he had personal interest in . He didn’t fix things that he said he would fix . Took away things off the house and did not replace them that was part of the deal . He is not a trustworthy person and would not buy or sell a house with him .

There are many reasons why I chose Lee Johnson to be my realtor. Often I see Lee in the newspaper as the top listing agent and top producer. I consistently see his real estate signs everywhere. Lee gives his clients' property maximum exposure on the market by using websites, Facebook, newspapers, flyers, and other effective methods of marketing. As a first time home buyer, I was worried about making the right steps to buy a home. Lee explained all of my options and information regarding the first time home buyers program, inspections, closing and an affordable mortgage. Lee guided me through the whole process in buying my home, making it an enjoyable experience and stress free. He sold me the house that I wanted plus it was close to work, close to my relatives, and close to town right outside of city limits. It was the perfect location and affordable for my budget. Four years later, I was ready to buy a waterfront home. I knew that I needed Lee Johnson to sell my home and guide me through buying a new home in my time-frame. (Very Quickly) Lee is very knowledgeable on the properties that are on the market. He provided me with details and answered all of my questions about each property that I was interested in buying. Lee sold me the exact house that I wanted with waterfront property. I didn't think that I would qualify to buy it, but Lee made it happen. Lee has sold me two homes that exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend Lee Johnson to everyone for all of your real estate needs.

Lee Johnson is very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. When we were looking for a house in the Seaford area he showed us the houses that fit our budget. He was not pushy and did not try to sell us something we couldn't afford. He has an excellent knowledge of the area and was always prompt and Courteous.

Lee Johnson was our realtor for your home purchase at Heritage Pointe in Laurel this past year. He is a very well knowledge and to the point kinda guy and when it comes to buying a home you need a guy like Lee on your team. I'm so happy my husband and I were able to purchase a home and Lee was there every step of the way in our process.

Lee helped us find the perfect house. What I think will matter the most to readers is that the home he found us was only on the market for less then a week. That's what makes a him a professional. He had his ear to the market, knew his customer, and showed me the house before anyone else knew it was there. What more could you ask for? 5 stars!
