Libby was recommended to us by a coworker of ours, and my biggest regret of our long house hunting process was not seeking her help sooner. Libby is canny, communicative and extremely knowledgable about the area. Most importantly, Libby brings a human element that sets her apart; she jumped in and helped us come up with a deal on a for-sale-by-owner property, and then navigated the complicated social situations that arose with grace and warmth. Even the seller commented afterwards that she was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

From my first contact with Libby until the property sold, Libby went above and beyond what we had expected from an agent for the small piece of undeveloped property we were selling. There was never a question or request that she didn’t respond to quickly. The property was on the market before our requested listing date and the listing attracted a buyer within a few days. Overall, working with Libby was an extremely positive experience!

Libby helped me purchase a home this past December. Working with her was nothing short of terrific: Libby is patient, hard-working, calm, with incredible local knowledge and a good sense of humor. She is not pushy and provided good negotiating advice, and I appreciated her ability to put me in touch with pretty much anyone that I needed, ranging from home and septic inspectors to a good local closing attorney. On top of all that, she is a really great person. You can't go wrong with Libby!

Libby assisted us with the purchase of a new home in December. Her communication skills with everyone involved kept our transaction moving along smoothly. She also has a very calming personality which is helpful during negotiations or really anytime during this process . Her knowledge and responsiveness is top notch and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
