HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Bill and Linda recently helped us buy our home. They are an extremely thorough and professional team. They cared for us as people and clients and always had our best interest in mind. We never felt rushed or pressured to make any hasty decisions and they encouraged us to take the time we needed to find the right home for us. They were extremely helpful and patient through the offer process. When viewing homes their approach was like having an inspection done. They identified potential issues and brought items to our attention that we wouldn't have known or thought about. They put in pre and post work and went above and beyond just showing the homes and writing offers. It's very evident they love what they do and have been doing it well for a long time. My husband and I just bought our first house, and Bill and Linda made the whole process smooth, much less intimidating and worrisome than I expected, and even fun! Bill was so great to work with - he's very friendly and made my husband and I feel like we weren't bugging him with all of our questions and requests. When we found our dream home, Bill was quick to make it all happen AND even helped us make the hard decisions on how much to offer, how much to go up when we were asked for our "best and final offer," and then what to ask for after our inspection. He really worked with us throughout the whole process and guided us toward the best "team" for every little detail (mortgage broker, attorney, etc.). We are so glad that we met Bill and that he helped us find our new home, and we would highly recommend Bill and Linda to everyone we know!

Bill and Linda helped us buy our perfect home and sell our home with great equity even with so much uncertainty in the market. Their knowledge of the area and networking ability played a huge part in it coming together quickly and they made the process very simple. They were available at the drop of a hat and extremely flexible with our busy schedules. I absolutely recommend them because I don’t think this would have happened without them.

I am sure Bill and Linda have many Five Star reviews for houses that sold within a few months. My very curious antique took 3 years and at every one of the many, many showings, these professionals stayed positive. In the end we got what we asked for, and I cannot be more impressed with all their efforts. They are the VERY BEST!!
