Had her compassionate and thorough work with me during a roller-coaster home purchase years ago, and came back and had the same excellent care and experience coming back to her for the sale of the property years later.     Amy was communicative and reliable, and she offered solid guidance as we looked for and purchased our first home. Her experience in and deep knowledge of Baltimore neighborhoods made her an excellent sounding board, and her/her team's collaboration with other parties involved (sellers, title company, inspector, lender) made everything go smoothly -- even with a tight closing timeframe and 2 grants!
