We had to sell this property as part of the process of settling our late mother's estate. Linda was very compassionate, and understood how difficult this time was for us. When she came to meet with us, she was prepared with recent comps and an understanding of the market activity. She went above and beyond to get visibility for the property and helped us negotiate (even in this challenging market). She is a hard worker and always had our best interest in mind - I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Ocala area.

Linda is a true professional who communicating skills coupled with her knowledge and desire to make a positive difference in everyone she meets set her head and shoulders above the rest. She listens to her clients, and maintain an open line of communications throughout the process so you get more than an agent you gain a friend. We were looking to upgrade from our starter home. It was time for a bit more space, better location, and a few amenities. Our broker suggested Linda, and the process began. From the very beginning, we felt like we were working with the best realtor around. Though Linda works with many clients at all income levels, she always gave us attention as if we were her only client. She kept us informed and was available for questions. Linda helped us sell our former home and buy our current home. This takes a great deal of coordination, and she got the job done. We even did both closings on the same day. With Linda’s help, we are now in a home we want to be in. It checked everything on our list. We do not plan on doing this again in the near future, so we can only repay Linda by referring others to her.
