Lisa was extraordinarily friendly and very responded quickly to any questions we had. Her communication skills are top notch. We would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Everything was done in a timely manner and any accommodations needed by us were seen to quickly. She made the process fast and easy. It was genuinely pleasing to talk to her. Lisa is very friendly and easy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable in the home buying process as well as the loan process. While walking through houses she was able to point out possible problems. She always answered our calls and provided us with information quickly. She really let you know she was working for you.

This was my first home-buying experience and Lisa Aird made the process as stress-free as possible. She expertly guided me through the the legal process, kept me informed of the progress, helped navigate hurdles, and was incredibly responsive to all my questions along the way. I should note that this was not a typical property and its unique features and tight closing deadline added several challenges. Lisa was there every step of the way and made herself available on weekends and after hours to accommodated my work schedule and get us over the finish line. Thank you Lisa!

Lisa was a huge resource and very proactive during this very competitive market in Northern Arizona. From the beginning, she communicated frequently and provided guidance as she supported us in finding just the right forever home. When the right home was found we had lots of negotiation and Lisa was our voice and advocate until the day of signing and recording.
