Buying a second home is always a little stressful… and then doing it remotely adds additional challenges. But David was an amazing agent. He sent listings he thought I would like, went and toured them for me while I was on video, and as time went on we narrowed our search down and were in sync on what would work. We had some offers that were turned down, but he understood I wouldn’t pay more just to have a house… it needed to make sense. And he advised prices that he thought were truly realistic for the market. It was a great partnership and after 4-5 months the right house came along and the offer was accepted. We couldn’t be more excited with our new Flagstaff home and i know David was a key reason it all fell into place so well. If you need a first or second home in Flagstaff… he is your guy!

I met David in 2016, when i drove to Williams to see what the town was like and what the housing availability was. David was holding an open house. David kept in touch with me for 1 year, until I was ready to buy. Once I was ready, David took me around and showed me 9 houses that I was interested in, I finally picked the house he showed me on Soaring Eagle Rd. Davids knowledge of the market, utility expenses and the area was remarkable. I would only ever use David's services if I ever was to purchase another home and I would strongly refer him to anyone that needed a realtor.

I would Absolutely recommend David Zadroga Price! David went on and above all our expectations with the process of purchasing a home. I have been looking for property for over three years. I met David on Zillow when other agents were non responsive. Thankful that we did not have the seller’s agent… David was prompt and consistent with helping us locate the perfect property. David is on our team.. unlike other agents who are not a whole heartedly involved in their job. I am confident with referring David to anyone who is in need of real estate opportunities.

This is the 5 th home I have bought but the best experience I've ever had ! David went way above and beyond what he had to do for me at all times. David is a very knowledgable agent and a kind, amiable person. We enjoyed working with him very much. He knows the local market well, answered all our questions masterfully, and gave us excellent advice all along the way. I have no reservation in highly recommending him as an agent.
