Lisa is a great agent and a new friend. She was always accessible and flexible with her schedule. Generous with her time, Lisa knew the region and she shared a great deal of knowledge about the neighborhood we had focused on. Her recommendations for inspections and legal assistance were also top notch. She responded to concerns quickly and liaised with everyone such that we often saw questions or problems resolved before the day had passed. With her help, we were able to close on a house we love in under five weeks. Remarkable!

At the time of our purchase, we lived out of state. We originally contacted Lisa regarding one of her listings, but also wanted to check out a few of the other listings in the area, and therefore made arrangements to come for a weekend to be shown the area. Lisa is one of the loveliest people I've met. She is absolutely 1000% there for you as her client when you need, going far above and beyond. As we were making our purchase a few hundred miles out of state, she was an incredible font of information for us and we were so thankful for the local recommendations--it made this entire experience smooth and seamless. There were a few things that had to be done for the home before we were able to take possession, and she handled these all for us. She is just an incredibly generous individual and we could not have hoped to find a better representative. To be honest, it's a shame one cannot buy loads of real estate all the time, as she was such a fabulous agent it would be nice to be able to return again, and again, for her services. All one can do is recommend her, and hope that any who read this will definitely consider her and the agency. Thank you, SO MUCH, Lisa. You were indispensable.

Lisa was beyond expectation! She was so good, that just working with her has made me consider buying another house using her services! If it ever comes to that, I would want her to be the broker for selling the house that I bought. Lisa did an amazing job with the seller, effectively reducing the price of purchase to a level that she and I felt was appropriate. I never had to wait more than a few hours for her to get back to me. She is kind, thoughtful,intelligent, and a wonderful negotiator. I would rate her as 10!

Lisa is a consummate professional. Diligently keeping us on track for seven years during our search.She particularly excels in the negotiation phase coming up with creative solutions to sticky problems. She totally went the extra mile for us and we appreciate her diligence and patience.

Having achieved great success long ago, she operates on no agenda other than helping you achieve your long term happiness. The fact that she is enormous fun - and can show properties in all 3 States in the Berkshire/Hudson Valley area - is just a lovely bonus.
