Christ is THE BEST. She helped us find and purchase our first home in 2011, sold it for us in 2019, and helped us negotiate the purchase of a newer home, also in 2019. Chris knows our corner of Cape Cod intimately -- she lives there and is committed to the community. Christine acted as our broker in our bid to buy our dream house in Orleans. Christine was extremely professional, organized and made our purchase extremely painless. Christine even negotiated a lower than asking price, with two other bids already in place! Christine helped with recommendations for closing attorneys and also contractors who could do the work we wanted to immediately do on the property. I couldn't recommend Christine more highly.
