Truly exceptional experience through and through. Even after encountering escrow issues entirely out of our control, Michela was able to help us navigate the entire process with ease. Lorenza and Michela did an outstanding job working with my family and I in the sale of our rental home, from the very beginning they were full of ideas and suggestions on how to make the home more enticing for potential buyers. With their help we were able to transform the house into a desirable home and generated a lot of interest. They were wonderful at communicating with us, providing us updates and timelines, managing viewings, negotiating with buyers and keeping us updated on the status of the sale. We faced a couple of hiccups along the way, but they always remained positive and kept moving forward and in the end it all paid off! I hired Lorenza after interviewing 5 recommended agents. I was so glad I did. She sold our house in 2 days after listing with 12 offers and we closed over asking price. There were a few issues that came up which she handled flawlessly and still closed on time. She then interviewed agents out of state for me and I used that agent to find our new home in just 2 days and we were able to close on my new home just 4 days after the home we just sold. Both agents collaborated to get this done so we were able to move right away to our new home. I highly recommend Lorenza for any of your realty needs. She will out perform your expectations.
