Tim is a miracle worker who can sell literally any house and help you find your dream house, too. Totally unicorn of a realtor - grounded, kind, genuine, whip-smart strategic thinker who truly listens to what you want and helps you achieve it. He is a top-notch communicator who keeps you posted every step of the way and caters to every need. He is super knowledgeable and confident but incredibly humble. And he knows EVERYONE in the Conejo valley - the common thing you hear from other listing agents when you tell them Tim is your buying agent: “Tim is such a great guy, you’re working with the best.” Bonus - Tim is fun! He’s super professional, but also has a great sense of humor and is the type of person you just want to hang out with outside of working together. Home selling/buying is so stressful, but Tim is there every step of the way and makes it joyful. we hired him as our listing agent after our current realtor was unable to sell our house. After being listed for four months without ONE offer, Tim relisted our house, hosted one open house and we got FOUR offers the following week. Tim also helped us buy our new home and was easily able to handle two complicated, overlapping transactions - getting us what we wanted as both seller and buyer. Tim did an amazing job helping us to receive maximum value for our home. We picked him because he convinced us the market was higher than that determined by a competing broker. He then ensured that prediction by making a wonderful set of marketing materials: photos, an aerial video as well as a walk-through video highlighting the home's features. We were able to see his greetings and exchanges through our Ring video showing that he was gracious to prospective buyers, informed and thoroughly professional. Our experience with Tim started many years ago. When we were moving out of state for job relocation, we immediately recruited Tim to lease our California house. Tim quickly (less than a week) found us renters. Tim helped us renew the rental contracts through the years at no charge. When we decided to sell the house, Tim was naturally the name that came to mind to be the listing agent. Tim helped us recruit the top contractors to renovate the house in order to garner top dollars. Without Tim, the renovation would not have proceeded so smoothly. Tim was always there to ensure that work was performed on schedule. Even during renovation, Tim started showing the house to potential buyers in his circle. Tim brought us a buyer even before the house was officially listed for sale, with an offer over the asking price. Tim continued to ensure that the transaction proceeded smoothly by personally coordinating with additional contractors addressing the repairs emanated from the home inspection report (as we were living out of state).
