Lorenzo showed and explained a full detailed introduction about himself and his overall experience in the Mortgage industry . He’s not only a Realtor! He’s also a Notary and Loan Officer which is a plus because he has the knowledge to provide feedback of potential buyers for my home. I didn’t need to do much on my end, he took care of everything and was on top of everything making sure the sell was going smoothly. He made it easy and was a stress reliever on my end. Lorenzo responded quickly to my questions via email and text. He’s organized and detailed and shows examples to help understand things better. I definitely recommend Lorenzo as your Realtor, especially if you are a plan ahead, organized, expects great communication and busy individual like myself!!!

Attention new home buyers, if your buying your first home, Lorenzo Villafranco is your realtor of choice because he speaks Spanish and English and explains everything so you understand what your getting into. He is funny and makes you feel comfortable so you can relax while your making one of the biggest purchases of your life. He is very smart at what he does and is not afraid to onlys put you first. we are very pleased for all his hard determination in getting us the best deal. Best experience in buying our first home, my is Sal and wife is Maria and we highly recommend Mr. Villafranco.

Lorenzo is the best if you need to buy or sell property. 10/10 would highly recommend he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get me into my new home. Will be my go to moving forward.

Lorenzo is definitely one of the best realtors I`ve ever come in contact with. He knows his business very well and helped me out every step of the way. No one knows better than him how much help I actually needed. Lorenzo made so many trips to my house to especially help me with this darn computer. I actually have turned or turned away from these Helpfull tools. Lorenzo would always put me at ease by saying NO WORRIES, I'll take care of it. What a wonderful man!!! If I ever need a realtor again I definitely will be calling on Lorenzo. He is the BEST. Thank you Lorenzo.

My wife and were very pleased to work with Lorenzo. He was soooo very patient with us. He gave is time to look at homes and he was well informed in detail about the areas we were looking at as well providing in depth information about future upgrade considerations. He was exceptionally knowledgeable in the contractual side of the negotiations and I felt that we were in great hands. Lorenzo looked after our best interests during the entire process of owning our own home, from start to finish.
