I would highly recommend Lori Marco, she’s very Professional, knowledgeable and very reliable.. she actually should be charging more than 3.75% for her commission fee because she’s always on top of everything, she basically does the other realtors jobs for them like she did on mine. If it wasn’t for Lori with her expertise I would’ve been in the dark with a lot of things, I would definitely use Lori again and I am referring her to all my friends and family and she sold my North Haven Property quickly. We are so happy we choose Lori Marco to sell our home. Lori explained everything in detail, spent time photographing interior and exterior for listing. One day after listing we had 2 offers and home sold on 2nd day. Needless to say I was overwhelmed but Lori was there whenever I needed reassuring or guidance. Lori Marko has successfully sold two homes for my family. When my Mom decided to sell her home, I called Lori again. She immediately started the process and got the house listed almost immediately. My Mom is elderly and Lori worked closely with her throughout the entire process. They developed a friendship. Lori spent a lot of her own personal time making sure my Mom was informed and comfortable about the process. This was no easy task. The home itself was older and had issues like any older home. We also had challenges with missing paperwork because of the age of the home. Lori helped us through the issues developed a plan to make the house attractive to buyers without over investing in the updates that the house needed. On her own time, she met contractors and vendors at the house and made sure they did what they were supposed to do. She went well above and beyond expectations sell my Mom’s house. Lori was able to sell the house within our target price and during what is normally a very slow season for selling houses. Lori has a high degree of ethics and principles and is highly professional in how she approaches her business. She was always informative and continually kept us current with the sales activities through the entire process. She fought tenaciously for the best possible price and persistently stood her ground in negotiations with the buyers. If we ever have another home to sell, the first call we make will be to Lori Marko. She is top notch.

Having been in real estate awhile ago I have to say that I hit the jackpot when I hired Lori to sell my second home in Oxford. She is a true professional in her field. I was always updated on whatever issues arose and she worked quickly to help get them resolved. My house sold immediately thanks to her knowledge of the market for pricing purposes. Let me just say that you really want Lori on your side if you decide to buy or sell.
