Buying a home long distance presents a few challenges, but none above the level of competency Lorie Leal exhibited through the whole process. Her patience, as we searched for the perfect property, guidance to a home that had not been on our radar, but was "the one", assistance with our negotiation, recommendations for the needed inspections and reminders of the various trigger dates within the contract, Lorie never faltered.
