Lucille was nothing short of fantastic to work with. She has great local knowledge of Troy and the surrounding area. She listened to what kind of home I was looking for (# of rooms, acreage, square footage, etc.) and picked out homes to show me that matched up with that. She is extremely personable and overall a lovely person. She was great at communication between the selling party and myself during buying negotiations. I could not recommend her more if you're looking to buy a home!

Lucille was delightful to work with and a true professional! She warmly introduced our family to our new neighborhood and went above and beyond, by conducting the first walkthrough from out of state, showing us fun spots around town, and making the needed connections to close the sale. Lucille’s kindness, local knowledge, can do attitude & patient problem solving with all parties leaves me no choice but to pass on my highest recommendation!

Ms. Blair is an amazing realtor. She sold me and my wife our first house in 2006 and when I changed jobs and had to move just a few years later she started managing it as a rental. Her company is very reliable and she manages the property in a way that I can be an absentee landlord. I receive payments monthly and feedback when it is needed. Since 2010 my house has been rented all but one month.

Lucille has been our realtor for seven years. In that time, she has selflessly found us the BEST rental properties (even those OFF the map), looked at DOZENS of homes, and finally helped us find our first dream home. She is so very knowledgeable of the area, patient and kind, personable and professional, honest and TRUSTWORTHY!
