After a really bad tenant experience, I asked Luis to rent my property. He did his homework and found wonderful people who are now occupying it. His dedication and love to his work was very palpable and if I am ready to buy a house I will undoubtedly have him find a property for me. I highly recommend Luis to anyone who is remotely or eager to buy a house. He is easy to contact and he will make sure to make your house-purchasing experience one that you want to think back always.

Need to buy or sell your home, Luis is the man! My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Luis for both transactions. Two years ago we were first time home buyers and Luis really made our experience so smooth. Luis does an excellent job of explaining everything during the home buying process and has an excellent response time. Luis also did a great job with listening our needs as first time home buyers. When it was time for us to sell our home, Luis met with us to explain best and worse case scenarios based on the housing market and how are neighborhood was doing during the time we had planned to list our home. Luis always truly represents you as a client and is an excellent negotiator. We wholeheartedly recommend Luis as your buying and/or selling agent !

Working with Luis was one of the best things that I could have done! He is such a great help when looking for a home and will explain any and all questions you may have. It was an easy home buying experience with Luis that I am not certain I would have found in anyone else. It is truly a wonderful feeling knowing that he has your best interest at heart. Even after we moved into our home he would make sure things we going smoothly and I appreciated him for that. If we ever want to sell our home, no doubt he would be the very first person we call.
