Luis was very helpful in our home buying process. He managed to negotiate our offer and get us to a place in which we were comfortable. He managed to negotiate some sellers credit into our offer and saved us quite a bit of money in closing costs. Luis knew the area we were looking at very well, growing up in the area and being a local himself. He explained the home buying process throughly for us and even met up with us a couple times to make sure we were very knowledgeable about what we were getting ourselves into during the whole process. Our family greatly appreciates Luis and all the help he gave our family during an exciting but stressful process.

Pros: Luis is a personable agent who will get to know you and your situation in an effort to understand how he can best assist you in your house hunt. After a few months and attempts in making offers on homes, I was in the mindset of offering an appraisal gap. Luis informed me that there wasn’t a demand for that on this particular property, and I was lucky to be in that position. I made an initial bid based on Luis’ insight and recommendation. The sellers refused it, but I agreed to their counter offer. In the end, the appraisal didn’t meet what the sellers’ wanted, we settled on the initial offer Luis initially recommended, and he ultimately saved me over $10k on the purchase of my home. He was also aware that I had plans to remodel different areas of my home and recommended a wonderful contractor for the job. The work is complete and I am happy with the results. When asked, Luis was courteous enough and did not hesitate to give me second opinions about different options I was considering for remodeling my home. If you want someone who will diligently work to meet your end goals, exceed your expectations, and is personable during the process, I highly recommend working with Luis. Cons: Unless you are a client who is well versed in the process of home buying/selling, I would recommend clarifying anything and everything you have questions/concerns about even if that means asking an outside source. Another great thing about Luis, is that he was willing to address any questions and concerns I had.

Luis was awesome! We had been looking for a bigger home for a year without much success when we finally called Luis. He setup 7-8 viewings that day and we submitted an offer that was accepted that same day. He was outstanding! Very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. We will definitely be working with him again!
