We were so grateful to finally meet such a knowledgable real estate professional, with an unparalleled ability to communicate easily and with needed detail and guidance at the same time. His assistant is also top notch. They are a speedy, accurate, patient team with such enjoyable and friendly demeanor. After a difficult search for the right professional to both sell our home and help us find a new home in the Spring, we were so thrilled to find them. I can't fully express how talented and wonderful Scott is. He also deftly uses specific reports and technology apps to really pinpoint and quickly and easily analyze any needed property question at hand. He is amazing. I promise that we are in no way related to him or his assistant! :-) I had never met him before until our first conversation. We were just this impressed and appreciative. You won't regret calling him.

We didn't end up purchasing a home, but Scott and his team were professional and very helpful. He showed us many homes, however we ultimately made the decision to wait to move until 2016. When we are ready, we will call him!

Scott and Michele did a great job getting my investment property sold before the listing was even published. I would recommend them highly very efficient agents!

Scott has been very responsive and is working very hard to sell my house in Madera. scott and Michelle take pride in there work they are there when you need them, the two of them work very hard together and I would re amend both of them at in a minute.

We used Scott Comstock in 2014 for the purchase of our first home. As first time buyers we had tons of questions and hit a few bumps in the road along the way. During that time he was patient, kind, professional, answered all of our questions and always made himself available. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that's looking to buy or sell.
