Lynne did an incredible job helping us find and purchase our first home! She really knows the market inside out, upside down and sideways -- her pricing and estimates were consistently spot on, and her guidance and recommendations assured we were making the right offer on the right house. The housing market these days can be daunting and tough to find your dream home. I was scrolling on Zillow casually one morning in July and pinched myself when I found our dream home we've been looking for. I called Lynne directly just to give things a shot and that one phone call changed my family's life. She was so kind and honest I felt like I was working with a family member rather than a realtor. The entire process was so smooth. Lynne even assisted us in bundling a competitive offer to help us win the home since the bidding battles can get crazy. Thanks to Lynn, In less than 48 hours our offer accepted and we got our dream home, I was on cloud 9. Also just to add - Lynne has a lot of knowledge about how homes are built and even educated me on the pool system in the house to! Lynne's phone line was always open to us for any questions or concerns and that made everything very easy and stress free. Because of Lynne I am now able to call my home my forever home and she will be a life long friend because she treated us like we were her own children, even baked us some yummy cake to! I had worked with a few agents on my property search and didn't work well. Lynne was recommended to me by my relocation company. She is very professional and very friendly with great knowledge. She helped me find a good place with a great price which was not easy given the current housing market. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She has already helped one of my friends successfully purchase a property. We are all very happy with Lynne.

Lynne was great to work with from start to finish! She's super-responsive and starts her day early, so we'd get immediate answers to daytime questions and to late night inquiries by the time we woke up. She has impressive local knowledge, a large network of useful contacts, and a spot-on sense of market value. We felt no pressure throughout the process and, especially since this was our first home purchase, we benefited from her honest opinions of each property. It's been a crazy seller's market, and Lynne hustled to make things work with the house that we ultimately purchased, including arranging a showing on very short notice, walking the property with an inspector while we were out of town, getting our offer in first, and communicating frequently with us and the listing agent. Post-closing, Lynne has still been checking in, and stopped by today to see how we're making out. We're very happy that we chose to work with her, and we'd highly recommend her expertise to anyone!
