Lynnette Hunter represented me in buying my retirement home. She helped me to get the best possible deal that I am very Happy with! She was with me every step of the way and explained every step in detail and what to expect. She took the stress out of negotiating and made my first home buying experience enjoyable. Lynnette was absolutely wonderful in my home buying experience! I was just coming out of a horrible situation with another realtor so I was very nervous starting over with someone new. Lynnette reassured me that I would not have another experience like that and she was right. She has an eye for things that could be costly in the future. She gives her honest experience based opinion on properties. She listens to what you want and searches for homes that fit you. She was very good about notifying me when a new potential home came on the market. She worked very well with my banker providing information needed quickly. She looked for a property that would pass inspection/appraisal and found me a house that came back with no repairs needed. She continued negotiating right down to getting the ac unit cleaning paid for. I can't say enough good things about her. I am currently living in my new home with a payment cheaper than I was paying for rent and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Lynnette Hunter to anyone looking for a home to buy or sell. Her experience shows very clearly.

Lynette was pleasant to work with. She was always looking out for our best interest and helped us out throughout the entire process. The other party's realtor was very difficult to work with and Lynette kept on top of things in order to keep things moving forward. I would highly recommend her as a realtor.

Lynette Hunter just recently sold my home. I cannot say enough good things about the way she went about it. I had already used a different agent for 6 months prior to contacting her. The difference was like night and day. Lynette was knowledgeable of the area and gave me good advice right from the start. Almost immediately we had a contingency offer. She went well above and beyond what a normal realtor does in following up on showings, helping us with maintenance issues, and following up on interested parties. Through it all she was communicative, professional, and always supportive. If you want a great real estate agency for Southern Illinois, Lynnette and her agency is the team to choose. She was absolutely wonderful.

I worked with Lynnette seven years ago when I bought my first house. I am currently working with her again on the search for another house. She has always been very prompt and supplied a wealth of knowledge to help find the right house for my family. I recommend her without any hesitation.
